All
Heads Down Series Manual
Textile Printer. What is all heads down printing and is it right for
you? All Heads Down printing is simply a slightly different printing
technique that requires a slightly
different printing machine. With our Workhorse Original or Modular Series,
multiple operators increase production by assisting with the loading and unloading
of garments, while one operator prints. This technique is called Rotary Load
Printing. Workhorse All Heads Down Series features a floating head design enabling
multiple operators to increase production by assisting with printing. This
technique is called All Heads Down Printing. Both methods increase production.
The rotary load technique is by far the most widely used technique. The all
heads down printing technique is employed primarily in textile producing countries
as an alternative to table printing.
